Albert Mabri Toikeusse (born December 8, 1962 , Bouenneu ) is an Ivorian politician . He received medical training from Université d'Abidjan and Washington University . As a member of the former Unity Party Parti Démocratique de Côte d'Ivoire , he took on political functions in the field of public health at an early stage. He has been a member of the National Assembly of Ivory Coast since December 10, 2000 and was Minister of Health and Population between 2003 and 2005.

Since April 9, 2005, Albert Mabri Toikeusse has been chairman of the Union pour la démocratie et la paix en Côte d'Ivoire (UDPCI) party founded by Robert Guéï . In the Soro III government of Prime Minister Guillaume Soro , he was Minister of Transport. In the successor government of Ahoussou-Kouadio government, he held the office of Minister of Planning and Development.

Albert Mabri Toikeusse is a professor of Islam , he is married and has four children.
