The Soro III government is a former government of the Ivory Coast . It was formed on December 5, 2010 on behalf of Alassane Ouattara , started work on April 11, 2011 after Laurent Gbagbo was arrested during the government crisis in 2010/2011 , and was led by Prime Minister Guillaume Soro .

Due to the conflicts surrounding the second round of the 2010 presidential election , it existed in parallel with the Aké N'Gbo government, which was put together shortly afterwards, also on December 5, by Gilbert Marie N'gbo Aké on behalf of Laurent Gbagbo .

After the results of the 2011 parliamentary elections were officially announced on March 8, 2012, the Soro III government resigned.
