Albert Schallmoser

Albert Schallmoser (born September 29, 1947 in Weizhof , municipality of Tann ) is a German farmer and politician ( free voter ).

Schallmoser attended elementary school and agricultural vocational school, and in 1969 passed the agricultural assistant examination. In 1974 he became an agricultural master and took over his parents' business. In 1976 he became chairman of the Bavarian Young Farmers' Union in the Rottal-Inn district , and in 1992 he was elected President of the district association of the BBV in Lower Bavaria . He was also a member of the media council of the Bavarian State Center for New Media .

Schallmoser's political career began in 1978 when he was elected to the Tann local council and the district council of the Rottal-Inn district. In 1982 he was appointed local chairman in Zimmer , 1984 second mayor of the municipality of Tann, 1987 district chairman and 1990 deputy district administrator. From 1995 to 1999 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
