The building is part of a historicist ensemble in the upper part of Albertusstrasse, between Kaiserstrasse and Regentenstrasse, on the western side of the street.
architecture
It is a two-storey corner house with an eaves , irregular, multi-axis corner house in the direction of Albertusstraße. Separated base with plaster ashlar ; Storey facades in brick with hinges. House entrance cut deeply on the left; on the right four windows, each paired close together . Above the pronounced cornice on the first floor with four windows resting on a sill cornice; Axis distribution evenly.
The corner of the house on the first floor is bevelled on one axis and provided with a flat, box-like corner porch with a base, pilasters and entablature . About vigorous, on consoles resting eave a mansard roof ; Three dormers in the direction of Albertusstraße , and another one above the sloping bay window . The unadorned north side of the house on the ground floor with four windows and on the first floor with three windows. Front porch on the ground floor; three windows on the first floor, the third window on the right in a risalit-like porch. A dormer window above the middle window.
