Alberuela de Laliena is a Spanish town in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon , which was incorporated into Abiego in the 1960s . The place at an altitude of 580 meters is about four kilometers north of Abiego. In 2019 it had 65 inhabitants.
