content
The story tells of the Katvarna Empire, which is at war with its neighbor, the Kioka Republic. In Katvarna lives the rather lazy and woman-mad Ikuta Solork, who hates war. His father Bada Sankrei was betrayed by the military and his master taught him a factual, pragmatic view with which he offends his country - and so does Ikuta. However, due to certain circumstances, he reluctantly takes the military officer exam. It happens that he and other aspirants save the emperor's daughter. He is knighted together with Torway Remion, a good marksman from a well-known military dynasty, the swordsman Yatorishino Igsem, whom Ikuta has known from childhood, and the offspring of an unknown noble family Matthew Tetdrich and Haroma Bekker as thanks for the rescue. The military academy is now open to everyone - much to Ikuta's discomfort. But there the 17-year-old shows his great tactical talent and leadership, as he did when he saved the princess, so that he grows into a well-known general.
