Aldo Rendine
Aldo Rendine (born March 15, 1917 in Foggia , † December 25, 1987 in Rome ) was an Italian actor .
Rendine graduated with a degree in literature and was a reserve officer and then partisan during World War II . After the liberation of Rome he founded the "Libera Accademia di Teatro" (from which the "Accademia Sharoff" developed). As a stage actor he was engaged at the Teatro Eliseo ; later he also worked as an acting teacher. Between 1961 and 1980 he was active as a character actor in about 25 productions for the cinema and television. He played his best-known role in 1970 as "Niccola Panunzio" in an investigation against a citizen above suspicion .
