Alejandro Damián Faurlín (born August 9, 1986 in Rosario , Santa Fe ) is an Argentine football player .

Club career

Faurlín began his career at Rosario Central , who played in the Primera División . He made his debut on May 9, 2004 in the away game at Quilmes AC . After he completed only a game for his hometown club, he moved to Atlético de Rafaela , in the Nacional B played.

Between 2008 and 2009 he played for Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba , also in the second division. On July 7, 2009, Faurlin signed a contract with the Queens Park Rangers . Atlético received £ 3.5m for the transfer.

On January 31, 2013 Faurlín moved to the end of the season on loan to the Italian first division club US Palermo .

National team career

With the Argentine U-17 national selection , he took part in the Campeonato Sudamericano Sub-17 of 2003 . With the team he won the U-17 South American Championship at the end of the competition, after Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay were left behind in the final round.
