Alejandro Palacios (born March 6, 1981 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican football goalkeeper and twin brother of defender Marco Antonio Palacios . Both brothers are also known by the nickname Pikolín , which is derived from a team called "Los Pikolines" with which they took part in a football tournament in their hometown as young people .
Life
Alejandro Palacios, who emerged from the youth division of his home club Club Universidad Nacional , also made his debut in the Mexican Primera División for this club in a game played on May 17, 2003 against Morelia , which was lost 1-0. Usually only substitute goalkeeper, Palacios also came to some appearances for the subsidiary team Pumas Morelos playing in the second division .
When the Pumas won the title in the Clausura 2011 , he was actively involved for the first time, after having previously been a reservist in the squad of championship teams of the Pumas three times.
