Alessandro Cortinovis
Alessandro Cortinovis (born October 11, 1977 in Bergamo ) is an Italian racing cyclist .
Alessandro Cortinovis began his career in 1999 with the Italian cycling team Polti . He drove there for two years until he went to Colpack-Astro in 2001 , with whom he took part in the Giro d'Italia . After a year he moved to Lampre . Here he took part in the Tour de France for the first time in 2002 , which he finished in 140th. At the GP Beghelli , Cortinovis finished second at the same time as the winner Gianluca Bortolami .
In 2005 he switched to the ProTeam Domina Vacanze and from 2006 drove for the German-Italian successor team Milram . After the 2007 season, Milram did not extend his contract, which is why he had to end his career in the absence of other offers.
