Alessandro Sanguinetti (* 1816 in Carrara , Italy ) was an Italian sculptor.

Alessandro Sanguinetti was the brother of Francesco Sanguinetti , who had been a favorite student of Christian Daniel Rauch in Berlin since 1818 , after having previously studied with his father Gaetano Sanguinetti (1781–1842).

Alessandro Sanguinetti was also a student at Rauch in Berlin from 1832–34. From 1835 he worked in Florence . In 1846 he made a marble bust of the Lübeck merchant Johann Daniel Jacobj , which came to the Museum Behnhaus from an estate of his family .
