Alex Price is a Swiss house / dance DJ, songwriter and producer.

Life

Price started working as a DJ in Swiss clubs at the age of 17. At the same time he released his first mixtapes and vinyls, which he brought to the record stores himself. At the age of 22 he moved to Hanover and worked as a studio assistant for Mousse T. In 2012, Price wrote the song "Young Love", which reached number 24 in the airplay charts in Switzerland. "Young Love" was played by over 50 radio stations in Russia and even charted in the "Top 20" in South Korea. The following single "Satellites" made it into the top 30 again and helped Alex to get various bookings, including in the Hallenstadion Zurich, Kaufleuten Zurich, D! Club Lausanne, Globulle Bulle, Trischli St. Gallen, Streetparade Zurich, Touch The Air Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, Energy Fashion Night, Street Parade, Touch The Lake, Openair Gampel, Island of Dreams.

Alex Price has had his own radio show on Switzerland's largest youth station, Planet 105, since June 2014. In 2014, the Swiss was the opening act for Miley Cyrus on her #Bangerz Tour in the Hallenstadion in Zurich, played in front of 40,000 spectators in Bern's Stade de Suisse at Energy Air and was in early 2015 on stage as a supporting act by Kiesza during their concert in Zurich.

From 2013 to 2016, Price worked as an ambassador for Volvo Switzerland alongside model and presenter Melanie Winiger and musician and singer Marc Sway . The DJ contributed his song "All The Way" to the car brand's cinema campaign for spring 2015.
