Alexander Beck (lawyer)
Alexander Beck (born August 5, 1900 in Basel ; † December 9, 1981 in Bern ) was a Swiss lawyer .
Life
After receiving his doctorate ( The Unlawful Consciousness in German Drafts of Criminal Laws ) in Heidelberg in 1927 and his habilitation in 1930 in Königsberg in Prussia , he was full professor of Roman law at the University of Bern from 1947 to 1971 .
