Alexander Gratzer

Alexander Gratzer (born May 7, 1993 in Hallein , Austria ) is an Austrian filmmaker .

Life

During his studies of painting at the Institute for Fine and Media Art at the University of Applied Arts Vienna (2012 to 2018, class Henning Bohl), the decision was made in 2015 to create animated short films largely in visual and acoustic direction. After graduating, he continued his studies at the Budapest Moholy-Nagy University for Art and Design . He lives as a freelance artist in Vienna.

It should have something loving and is meant as a gesture of acceptance of all behaviors. ”The artist made a similar statement in an interview with Cinema Next in 2019 (“ I can identify with this bird ”).
