Alexander Hareter
Alexander Hareter (born January 20, 1883 in Weiden am See ; † July 2, 1954 there ) was an Austrian smallholder and politician ( SDAP ). From 1923 to 1934 he was a member of the National Council .
Life
Hareter was born as the son of the large farmer Josef Hareter from Weiden am See. He attended elementary school and subsequently worked as a farmer.
Hareter was married.
politics
Hareter was the third president of the Burgenland Chamber of Agriculture from 1927 to 1931 and a member of the Chamber Council until 1934. In addition, he was a member of the regional party executive committee of SDAP Burgenland and was appointed economics councilor in 1954. Hareter was a member of the Austrian National Council between November 20, 1923 and February 17, 1934, but lost his mandate as a result of the Austrian Civil War . From 1945 to 1950 he was mayor of Weiden am See.
