The Diocese of San Martín ( lat. : Dioecesis Foromartiniensis , span. : Diócesis de San Martín ) is in Argentina situated Roman Catholic diocese , based in San Martín .
history
The diocese of San Martín was on April 10, 1961 by Pope Paul VI. built with the papal bull Hispanis linguae from cessions of territory of the diocese of Morón and the diocese of San Isidro and subordinated to the archbishopric of Buenos Aires as a suffragan diocese. On July 11, 1978, the Diocese of San Martín gave up parts of its territory to establish the Diocese of San Miguel .
