Raúl Omar Rossi
Raúl Omar Rossi (born August 13, 1938 in Gualeguaychú ; † February 2, 2003 ) was Bishop of San Martín .
Life
Raúl Omar Rossi was ordained a priest on December 3, 1966 . On May 20, 1992, John Paul II named him auxiliary bishop in Buenos Aires and titular bishop of Enera .
The Archbishop of Buenos Aires and professor of Byzantine faithful in Argentina , Antonio Cardinal Quarracino , ordained him on 27 June of the same year Bishop ; Co-consecrators were Mario José Serra , Auxiliary Bishop in Buenos Aires, and Eduardo Vicente Mirás , Auxiliary Bishop in Buenos Aires.
The Pope appointed him Bishop of San Martín on February 22nd, 2000 and he was inaugurated on May 1st of the same year.
