The Ordinariate for Byzantine Believers in Argentina ( Latin Ordinariatus Argentinae ) with its seat in Buenos Aires is responsible for the episcopal direction and jurisdiction over all Catholic Christians of the Byzantine Rite in Argentina , i.e. for immigrant members of the Uniate Byzantine Eastern Churches and their descendants.
