Eduardo Vicente Mirás (born November 14, 1929 in Buenos Aires ) is Senior Archbishop of Rosario .

Life

Eduardo Mirás was ordained a priest on June 30, 1952 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him on March 1, 1984 auxiliary bishop in Buenos Aires and titular bishop of Ambia . The Archbishop of Buenos Aires Juan Carlos Cardinal Aramburu donated him episcopal ordination on April 27 of the same year ; Co - consecrators were Arnaldo Clemente Canale , auxiliary bishop in Buenos Aires and Domingo Salvador Castagna , auxiliary bishop in Buenos Aires.

He was made Archbishop of Rosario on November 20, 1993 and introduced to the office on March 11 of the next year.

On December 22, 2005, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
