Alexander Kähler (moderator)
Alexander Kähler (born March 19, 1960 in Fürth ) is a German editor and television presenter.
Life
Kähler studied history and economics at the universities in Bamberg and Munich . Since 1988 he has worked in various positions at ZDF . Since 1997 he has been working for the television station Phoenix . He has been Phoenix's deputy programming director since January 2001 and was the broadcaster's programming director from 2004 to 2005. He moderated several programs (including election reports, the interview program Im Dialog and the Phoenix Runde discussion group ). Kähler is counted among the most important German television interviewers of his generation.
