Alexander Reil

Alexander Reil (* 1968 ) is a German basketball official . He is the first chairman of the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and president of the AG Basketball Bundesliga .

career

Reil completed a degree in business administration and held the position of managing director in a car dealership for six years.

In 2002 Reil became full-time chairman of the Bundesliga basketball team MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg . In 2014 he also became president of the AG Basketball Bundesliga, after having been a member of the board since 2008. He also chaired the Bundesliga license committee. In July 2018 he took up a second term as chairman of the AG Basketball Bundesliga.
