Alexander Wladimirowitsch Samarin ( Russian Александр Владимирович Самарин , born June 15, 1998 in Moscow ) is a Russian figure skater who starts in a single run .

After an eighth place in his European championship debut in 2017 and a sixth place in the European Championship 2018 , Samarin made it to the European Championship 2019 in Minsk as second for the first time on the podium at European Championships .
