Alexandra Bleyer

Alexandra Bleyer (* 1974 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian historian and author .

Life

Alexandra Bleyer studied from 2000 at the University of Klagenfurt History , where she in 2013 with a dissertation on "the Austrian propaganda for National War of 1809 " to the doctor doctorate . In addition to her studies, she worked as an online and print journalist, and later specialized in historical topics as a freelance culture journalist for national Austrian daily and weekly newspapers. Since 2013 she has been writing a regular column for the weekend supplement of the Salzburger Nachrichten , this year she published with Auf gegen Napoleon ! Myth People's Wars her first non-fiction book. She lives with her family on Lake Millstatt .
