Alexandre Cécé Loua

Alexandre Cécé Loua (born January 1, 1956 in Nzérékoré ) was Foreign Minister of Guinea from January 14, 2009 to February 17, 2010 .

He studied law at Conakry University . After completing his studies, he worked at the university as a research assistant and lecturer and, in parallel, as an assistant to the senior public prosecutor. He later worked as a judge. From 1986 on, he headed the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 1996 to 1998 he worked as a diplomat in Serbia and Montenegro , after which he took over the management of the embassy in South Africa . In 2007 he was transferred to Germany as ambassador . From January 14, 2009 to February 17, 2010 he was Guinean Foreign Minister. On a short-term leave, Loua has been his country's ambassador to India since February 9, 2012 . He is married with three children and speaks French, English, Guerzé, Malinké and Susu.
