Alexei Alexejewitsch Muravlyov
Alexei Alexejewitsch Murawljow ( Russian Алексей Алексеевич Муравлёв ; born May 2, 1924 in Tbilisi , Georgian SSR ) is a Russian- Georgian composer .
Life
Alexei Alexejewitsch Muravljow is the son of the composer and singer Yevgenia Vyacheslavovna, who studied at the Conservatory in Tbilisi, and a civil engineer. During his childhood he was already engaged in music and learned the piano. As a gifted student , he was allowed to study at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory as early as 1932 at the age of eight . From 1938 he began to study entirely at the same conservatory. Later he studied orchestration and composition in Moscow and Kiev.
Since the early 1950s Muravljow has composed music for films such as Aladdin's Magic Lamp , Anthracite and Wassili and Wassilissa , working with film directors such as Boris Ryzarew , Alexander Surin and Irina Poplawskaja .
