Architecture and history
The two-storey house was built in 1907/08 based on a design by C. Lorenz . The largely plastered building is characterized by a high dwelling . In addition, there is an ornamental framework and a bay window in half-timbered construction . The house has elements of Art Nouveau and is described in the list of monuments as the most elaborate building on the street in terms of design.
