Alexei Karewski (born June 1, 1977 ) is a former Kazakh biathlete .
Alexei Karewski won the biathlon at the Winter Asian Games 1999 in Gangwon-do as a starting runner on the side of Sergei Abdukarow , Dmitri Pantow and Dmitri Posdnjakow the title in the relay race in front of the representations from Japan and South Korea. He had other international appearances in the European Cup , but without achieving any results worth mentioning.
