Mikhail Lepjoschkin (born January 8, 1975 ) is a former Kazakh biathlete .

Mikhail Lepjoschkin lives in Almaty and is a soldier. He is married and attended sports college. The former sports soldier started for the Central Army Sports Club . Since the mid-1990s he has regularly participated in the biathlon world cup for several seasons , but without winning points in an individual race. The best result was a 39th place in an individual in Östersund , which he achieved in 1996 . At the 1996 Winter Asian Games in Harbin , he won the individual silver medal behind his compatriot Valery Ivanov and ahead of Dmitri Pantov . With the two of them he also won the title in the relay race in front of the representatives from Japan and China. The following year he took part in the 1997 Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie , where Lepjoschkin was 40th of the sprint and 43rd of the pursuit race. In 1999 he ended his international career.
