Biathlon at the Winter Asian Games 1999

Biathlon at the Winter Asian Games 1999 in Gangwon-do ( South Korea ) was held in the fourth event for men and women in three races, sprint, individual and with the relay. The dominant nations were China and Kazakhstan. In the individual races, the Chinese Zhang Qing won both men's titles and his compatriot Yu Shumei . The relays were both won by the representations of Kazakhstan.
