The Alfambra is a river in Spain .

It rises in the Sierra de la Moratilla at about 2000 m and flows winding north, later south. At Teruel it unites with the Guadalaviar to form the Turia . Its occasional floods cause severe damage to the small fields and places along its course. The Alfambra flows through the places Galve , Orrios , the eponymous Alfambra , Peralejos , Cuevas Labradas , Tortajada and Teruel, where it flows into the Turia.

There are no reservoirs or weirs on its course .
