Alfie Catalan (born February 22, 1982 in San Manuel ) is a Filipino racing cyclist .

In 2004 Alfie Catalan started his career in 2004 with the Pagcor Casino Filipino cycling team , later he rode for Philippine Army / RC Cola . At the Southeast Asian Games in 2005 in his home country, he won the gold medal in the 4,000-meter single pursuit , in 2007 and 2011 he was able to repeat this success. In 2011 he also won the bronze medal in the team pursuit , together with John Rene Mier , John Paul Morales and Arnold Marcelo . In 2006, at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha , Catalan and his compatriots also took seventh place in the team pursuit on the track.

Catalan is a member of the Philippine Army.
