Alfredo Campagner (born October 11, 1920 - October 15, 2016 ) was an Italian high jumper .

At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , he was sixth with 1.90 m.

Eight times he was Italian champion (1940-1943, 1945-1947, 1951). On June 14, 1942, he set a national record in Parma with 1.98 m, which lasted 14 years.
