Alfredo Toxqui
Alfredo Toxqui Fernández de Lara (born August 5, 1913 in San Pedro Cholula, † April 1, 2004 in Puebla ) was a Mexican doctor, politician and ambassador .
Life
Alfredo Toxqui attended the Escuela Lafragua and studied medicine at the Colegio del Estado, the predecessor institution of the Universidad Autónoma de Puebla . From 1963 to 1966 during the 48th legislative period he was intended as a replacement member of the Congress of the Union of Mexico . In 1979, during his tenure as governor , a road was built from Pahuatlán to Tlacuilotepec. The governors of the state of Puebla that preceded him did not serve for the prescribed period of six years.
