Algirdas Balčytis
Algirdas Balčytis (born March 9, 1948 in Ramuva near Žemaičių Naumiestis , Šilutė district ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
He graduated from the Polytechnic in Klaipėda and, in 1984, graduated from the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas with a degree in civil engineering . In 1984 he worked in Šilutė , from 1990 to 1991 he was and from 2012 he is deputy mayor of the district of Šilutė , from 1991 to 1995 and from 2000 to 2001 mayor of Šilutė.
From 1999 he was a member of Naujoji sąjunga .
He is married. With Mrs. Elvyra he has the son Varūnas and the daughters Loreta and Eglė.
