Ali Ekber Çiçek
Ali Ekber Çiçek (* 1935 in Erzincan ; † April 26, 2006 in Istanbul ) was a Turkish musician. From 1960 he worked on the Istanbul radio TRT until he stopped in 1995; During this time he sang over 400 songs and released a total of 54 albums, which can be found in the TRT archive. In 2003 a documentary about him was produced. On April 26, 2006, he died of complications from pancreatic cancer.
