Ali Yigit

Ali Yigit (born August 2, 1965 in Istanbul ) is a Turkish-born television and radio presenter from Berlin . In 1973 he came to Berlin as a child and studied social pedagogy there .

In addition to his activities as a social pedagogue, Ali Yigit worked as an actor at various Berlin theaters from 1985 to 1999: from 1985 to 1996 at the German-Turkish theater Kulis , from 1996 to 2000 at the Tiyatrom and from 1998 to 1999 at the Theater am Kurfürstendamm .

Ali Yigit became known as the moderator of the morning program of the station Metropol FM , for which he worked from 1999 to 2005. He made spots with the mascot "Mausçuk" ("little mouse") and jokes on the phone in which he picked up misunderstandings between Germans and Turks.

From 2005 to 2006 Ali Yigit hosted a talk show he produced on TD1 for German Turkish television called Konuşkan . Since May 2007 he has hosted the show Hayranim Sana on the Turkish-language broadcaster Show Türk . It is recorded in Berlin at Globe City Studios and is a talk show in which singers and artists from Turkey are brought together with one of their fans in the studio.

Since the beginning of September 2008, Yigit has been moderating the car talk show VIP Dolmus (“VIP collective taxi”) at Show Türk . As a driver and moderator, Yigit picks up German-Turkish celebrities from home and accompanies them to work.

He is currently playing minor supporting roles in Turkish series films in Turkey. Such as B. in "Ask ve Ceza" (The love and the punishment).
