Alice Descoeudres

Alice Descœudres (born January 20, 1877 in La Côte-aux-Fées , † May 23, 1963 in Bevaix ) was a pioneer of special education.

She taught and researched at the Jean-Jacques Rousseau Institute in Geneva from 1912 to 1947 . She campaigned against militarism and alcoholism and advocated improvements in the home environment.
