Seyed Alireza Mousavi Ghalehmirz (born April 27, 1990 in Isfahan ) is an Iranian handball player who is mostly used as a circle runner .

The 1.95 m tall and 105 kg heavy right-hander began his professional career at the Iranian club Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan. For the 2013/14 season he was the second Iranian after Iman Jamali to be signed by the Hungarian top club MKB Veszprém . In October 2013 he was loaned to the second division PLER KC Budapest for a year. He has been playing for Tatabánya KC since 2014 .

For the Iranian men's national handball team , he has played 97 international matches, in which he scored 360 goals.
