The Aliso is a 4267 meter high stratovolcano .

The volcano is located in the Eastern Cordilleras at the eastern foot of the Ecuadorian Andes , east of the Antisana volcano and southwest of the city of Baeza .

Outbreaks are dated to the beginning of the Christian calendar and to 2450 BC. Chr. Dated.
