The Allée couverte du Colombier is located northwest of Aubigné-Racan , near the D 78 road to Sarcé , in the Sarthe department in France .

The gallery grave is around 6.0 meters long and consists of two large ceiling panels that rest on five supporting stones that delimit a chamber with several niches.

The Sarthe has 28 dolmens and 46 menhirs , 14 of which are under protection. In the Neolithic , megalithic structures such as the Dolmen de la Pierre Couverte (Vaas) , the Dolmen d'Amenon and the dolmen of Lhomme and Duneau and the 3.4 m high menhir of Pierrefiche (or Pierre Fiche) were erected.
