The Allreal Holding AG is a Swiss general contractor legally established in Baar and operational headquarters in Zurich . The company is active in project development, the realization, the purchase and sale of properties. history
The company's roots go back to Oerlikon-Bührle Immobilien AG (IMAG), a subsidiary of Oerlikon-Bührle Holding AG , which was founded in 1970 . Her goal was the outsourcing and legal independence of her own property management as well as the expansion of the area of activity to the third market. In the 1980s, the company expanded to become a leading general contractor in Switzerland with a focus on the greater Zurich area and Ticino.
Today's Allreal Holding was founded in 1999. In the same year, Oerlikon-Bührle Immobilien AG took over the company, renamed it Allreal Generalunternehmung AG, and incorporated it into its own group as a subsidiary. At the same time, the Uto Group, which was bought by IMAG in 1996 and now merged with Albis, was sold to Livit AG . In March 2000 the company went public by means of an IPO .
