The Alpha Glacier is a glacier on the Ulu Peninsula in the northwest of the West Antarctic James Ross Island . It flows northeast of the Dinn Cliffs into Shrove Cove .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2015 based on the naming of the south-west neighboring Beta Glacier .
