The Alptal is the valley through which the Alp flows between Mythen and Einsiedeln in the canton of Schwyz ( Switzerland ).

The Alptal extends north-south between the Mythen and Einsiedeln. It is between 950 and 1100  m above sea level. M. The main town of the valley is Alpthal . At the back of the valley, at the foot of the Mythen, is the hiking and winter sports resort Brunni with various ski lifts and a cable car. Also in the Alptal is the Trachslau district belonging to the municipality of Einsiedeln .
