Alt Luxemburg is a decor for dinnerware that Villeroy & Boch has been producing since 1767.

history

1767 the brothers founded Jean-François , Dominique and Pierre-Joseph Boch in Luxembourg Septfontaines (now the city of Luxembourg ) a earthenware - Manufaktur . It became one of the companies that later became Villeroy & Boch . In the year it was founded, the “à la brindille” (“branched”) pattern was brought onto the market, later renamed “Old Luxembourg” and it is still produced under this name today. It is one of the most successful and well-known porcelain decorations.
