Admission

A completed bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for studying at the ASP . Every year a total of 150 first-year students of the master's courses in engineering , architecture and design at the Technical University of Milan and Turin are selected for the additional academic offer at the ASP, 90 of them in Milan and 60 in Turin. Around a quarter of the students come from abroad. Since the course is conducted in English, a good command of English is a further admission requirement. A high grade average in regular studies at the two TUs is essential in order to remain at the ASP and obtain an additional degree.

Course offer

The additional academic offer is divided into four interdisciplinary, practice-related courses, three of which take place in the first year and the fourth in the second and final year of the master’s degree. The short courses include lectures, seminars and working groups, each of which has to be completed with a term paper. Furthermore, multidisciplinary projects can be carried out by the students. A stay abroad is planned for the second year.

The teaching staff comes from Italy and from abroad. Representatives from companies, authorities and research institutions are also involved.
