The old Protestant cemetery chapel Odenkirchen is in the district of Odenkirchen in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ), Kirchhofstraße 42.
The building was built in 1875. It was replaced by the larger neo-Gothic cemetery chapel in 1900 . The old chapel was entered under No. K 080 on March 14, 1990 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
location
The chapel is located on the northwestern edge of the Protestant cemetery of Odenkirchen.
architecture
It is a small cubic building with a square floor plan under a tent roof . The south-east side with a roofed arbor open on three sides accommodates the access to the chapel. Today the object is used for urn burial .
