The old synagogue in Bad Kissingen , a town in the Bavarian administrative district of Lower Franconia , was built on Bachstrasse in 1851/52 .

history

In 1705 the first synagogue was built not far from the Judenhof . A new building was built on the site of this synagogue in 1851/52, which became too small due to the rapidly growing number of Jewish community members. That is why the New Synagogue was built between 1900 and 1902 .

The old synagogue was sold in 1904 to the Bad Kissingen community, which had the building torn down in 1927/28.
