The Håndboldfællesskabet Ølstykke-Jyllinge ( HØJ ) is a Danish handball community from the regions of Sjælland and Hovedstaden . The first men's team plays in the second-class 1st division .
HØJ was founded in 1994 and is a merger of Jyllinge-Gundsømagle IF and Ølstykke HF. In 2011, the men's team reached the championship in the eastern season of the 2nd division and thus secured direct promotion to the second-class 1st division, from which, however, as the last-placed team in the following season, it had to be relegated directly. In 2012/13 the third division team managed to qualify for the final round of the Landspokalturnering (Danish Cup) for the first time, where after a 28:18 win over Furesø Håndbold they could advance to the quarter-finals, which were lost at 22:37 against the first division team from Skanderborg. In the league, the syndicate secured promotion to the 1st division and was able to maintain relegation there after victories in the relegation relegation. A year later it succeeded by an eighth place to secure the league whereabouts without relegation games.
Since 2014, the first men's team and the first women's team (3rd division) have been playing as HØJ Elitehåndbold .
