The Old Town Hall in Kostelec nad Orlicí (German: Adlerkosteletz ), a town in Okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou in the Czech Republic , was built in 1574. The former town hall is a protected cultural monument .

The city experienced an economic boom through the production of cloth, so that the representative town hall could be built. The two-storey building is dominated by the square tower, which is crowned by a lantern with a pointed helmet. The central axis above the portal is completed by a triangular gable with a relief of the city's coat of arms.

Today the old town hall is used as a music school.
