Altglobsow is a village in northern Brandenburg . It is located on the northern bank of Lake Globsow . 104 inhabitants lived in it (as of December 31, 2007), the number of which has continued to decrease since then. Since September 27, 1998 it has been part of the Großwoltersdorf community .
The first settlement of the village area took place by the Slavs. In 1419 Altglobsow was first mentioned in a document. In the Middle Ages the village was destroyed and abandoned.
By order of Frederick II , there was a new settlement in the middle of the 18th century.
On January 1, 1957, the place Burow was incorporated. On April 30, 1974 Altglobsow was incorporated into Zernikow together with Buchholz .
